We will reimburse you for the amount of your reservation (with the exception of the 10€ administration fee) if you find yourself in one of the following situations, due to the COVID-19 epidemic:

– Government travel restrictions
– Sanitary confinement
– Administrative closure of campsites

You can also take out cancellation insurance when booking, which will reimburse you for your stay in case of illness, accident, car breakdown, invitation to an exam, etc.
