Don’t forget your swimsuit to enjoy our heated pool, located next to the ponds. You will be able to relax, read, on the deckchairs on the terrace, or swim whatever the weather. To preserve everyone, you can bathe in the calm, without jumping or throwing balloons. In spring or autumn the shelter covers the pool, heated by heat pump, and in summer it is open to make the most of the sun and the large stone slab beaches.
For the little ones a wading pool is integrated at the beginning of the pool; sitting on the first steps you can watch them safely.

A few rules to respect:
Children under the age of 12 or unable to swim must be accompanied and remain under the responsibility of a parent.
For reasons of hygiene, at the camping Lodges de Blois Chambord, it is compulsory to take off your shoes and shower before crossing the footbath, leaving them outside. A changing cabin is at your disposal next to the pool. Bermuda shorts are forbidden, only bathing suits are allowed. Swimming shorts are tolerated if they are only worn at the pool (in this case you must not wear them outside the enclosure). Very young children must wear special diapers.
animals are forbidden of course, as well as food or drinks.
For the tranquillity of all, each swimmer must comply with the pool rules: no music, no noisy games. Ball games are allowed only when there is no one else in the pool and the ball must also be passed to the shower beforehand.
For safety reasons, it is also forbidden to jump or dive in the pool, to push yourself or run on the terrace.
A paddling pool is integrated at the beginning of the pool for the youngest children, with a length of 1.50 metres and a width of 4 metres. Adapted games will be lent to you on request at Reception (foam chips…); sitting on the first steps, you can watch them in safety.
As the paddling pool is not separated from the pool, very young children must wear special diapers.
The morning is the best time of the day to enjoy the pool with young children in peace and quiet.
To relax after a busy day visiting castles or cycling along the paths of the nearby large state forests, small country roads and cycle paths, nothing better than a sauna session.
The Lodges de Blois – Chambord, which can accommodate up to 6 people, is housed in a round wooden barrel near the swimming pool. A cabin at the beginning of the barrel will allow you to undress in the shelter before accessing the sauna area (electric stove with volcanic stones).
And don’t forget to sprinkle the hot stones with the ladle and the pitcher of water at your disposal to create dry steam and raise the temperature.
10 € for a 20 minutes session for 2 people and 2 € for each additional person – We provide you with 1 towel to sit on. Reservation at least half an hour in advance. Open between 4 pm and 7.30 pm.
Not recommended for young children, pregnant women, fragile subjects.
